We are looking for a proactive and collaborative team member who will support our mission and contribute meaningfully to this role. As a Sales Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by developing and closing B2B partnerships for onsite, near-site, and employer-sponsored early education programs. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, building relationships with corporate partners, real estate developers, municipalities, and community organizations to expand access to high-quality early childhood education. Pipeline Excellence. Develop and maintain a robust, qualified sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting, RFP responses, and strategic deal progression to ensure consistent revenue growth. Strategic Execution. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with precision, managing proposals, site evaluations, contract negotiations, and cross-functional coordination from initial outreach through signed agreement.
