About The Position

This role, specifically a Specialty Provider Markets EHR Vendor Partnership Executive, involves managing and expanding existing EHR/RIS/PACS Software Technology vendor business partnerships, driving bookings and revenue targets, and identifying new partnerships. It also includes leading contract negotiations and working cross-functionally to achieve strategic initiatives and growth, as well as developing new partnerships in non-traditional markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales in lieu of the bachelor’s degree education requirement
  • 5 years of work experience in channel partnership development and/or strategic account management.
  • Consistently exceeds multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas
  • Experience with working with legal documents tied directly to EHR/RIS/PACS vendor partnership.
  • Experience leading communication with C-level EHR/RIS/PACS Vendor executives.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple EHR/RIS/PACS vendor partnerships (10-20) and drive business growth through each assigned strategic business partnership.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships across the business partnership ecosystem for all assigned EHR/RIS/PACS vendor partners.
  • Proven ability to influence across a matrix organization.
  • Background in healthcare technology, preferably in independent physician practice and/or critical access hospital markets.
  • High energy, self-starter who thrives working on a team.
  • Willingness to travel (20–25%).

Responsibilities

  • Managing and expanding current EHR/RIS/PACS Software Technology vendor business partnerships.
  • Driving bookings and revenue targets for each respective EHR/RIS/PACS vendor partnership segment and analyzing/reporting market performance metrics.
  • Identifying and establishing new EHR/RIS/PACS Software Technology vendor business partnerships.
  • Leading business partner contract negotiations with support from Solventum legal, product, client services, and leadership.
  • Working cross-functionally with internal Solventum resources and Technology vendor partners to facilitate strategic initiatives and achieve predictable growth.
  • Develop new partnerships in non-traditional Solventum markets
