About The Position

Cosmo Cabinets is a growing kitchen cabinet manufacturer headquartered in Georgia, specializing in kitchen cabinetry for the multifamily, builder, senior living, and student housing markets. This is not a passive account-maintenance role. As our Sales Account Director, you'll be at the center of our growth strategy — building relationships with top general contractors, winning new multifamily projects, and positioning Cosmo Cabinets as the go-to cabinet partner in the Southeast. You'll have direct impact on revenue, market expansion, and the long-term trajectory of our company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of successful B2B sales experience in building products, cabinetry, millwork, or construction materials.
  • Proven track record of selling to general contractors in the multifamily, commercial, or hospitality markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and grow account revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the construction bidding process and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the Southeast U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business with general contractors specializing in multifamily new construction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets and expand market share.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposals through contract negotiation and close.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned general contractor accounts.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with project managers, purchasing agents, and executive decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of our cabinet product lines, specifications, and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions aligned with project requirements and building codes.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to contractors and stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and multifamily market dynamics.
