About The Position

We’re looking for a highly organized, collaborative Sales Account Coordinator who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and has a genuine passion for the Beauty and Care industry. Organization skills are a must in this role, as you’ll be juggling multiple priorities while keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is a true team player who’s comfortable navigating a variety of systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Concur, and similar platforms. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations - handling documentation requests, maintaining pricing, fielding and routing marketing leads, and jumping in wherever additional support is needed. Requirements

  • Motivated, energetic self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced, highly visible department and ever-changing environment
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing and analyzing customer lead effectiveness
  • Experience with SAP, Excel, and CRM preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Working knowledge of the Beauty and Care industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Field all incoming leads and submit to the appropriate parties
  • Be the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Regional Lead; Coordinate team trainings when there are changes to CRM, and support with any reports needed or dashboards
  • Support sales team with customer documentation requests, enter in cases for non-standard documentation
  • Collect, enter and execute the follow-up from key customer meetings and assist the sales team by submitting timely expense reports on behalf of the Account Manager
  • Represent the sales team as the quotation tool lead, and work with the development team to test the tool
  • Enter contract pricing into SAP or the quotation tool, support sales team by targeting pricing in the tool, and enter pricing on various pack codes when there is a pricing discrepancy.
