Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work independently on tasks
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills working with complex computer systems
  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Commercial team on management of customer projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams, including Sampling, Regulatory, Supply Chain and Customer Service
  • Coordinate sample orders and paperwork requests
  • Ensure samples and market products reach the appropriate recipients for presentations or evaluations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to help foster brand loyalty
  • Provide customers with clear communication on tasks and deadlines
  • Pull safety documents when requested by the client or for specific projects
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and preparing for internal and external meetings, purchasing market products, and offering PowerPoint and Excel support as needed
  • Interact with labs and supply chain to resolve sampling issues
