About The Position

Are you a soon-to-be graduate ready to launch your career in sales, account management, or client success? If you love connecting with people, enjoy solving problems, and want to learn the insurance industry from the ground up, this is your opportunity. This is a remote position with 2 - 3 trips per year to our headquarters in White House, TN. Candidates must live within a 4-hour driving radius of Nashville, TN.

Requirements

Graduating December 2025 or May 2026 (or recently graduated)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field
Comfortable speaking with professionals and making outbound calls
Organized, coachable, and ready to learn
Interested in insurance, claims, or client-facing roles

Responsibilities

Reach out to insurance carriers and industry partners via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Schedule appointments and support senior leadership
Assist account managers with client communications, onboarding, and follow-ups
Track client requests and help ensure our clients are happy
Learn how FNOL workflows and reporting impact real business outcomes
