About The Position

Introducing the AllCare.ai Sales Academy AllCare.ai delivers fully coordinated healthcare inside Assisted Living communities — combining in-facility providers, 24/7 concierge support, and one shared care plan for residents, families, and operators. We’re launching the AllCare.ai Sales Academy: a paid, hands-on program designed to develop the next generation of commercial and client-facing leaders in healthcare services. This is not a typical entry-level role. It’s a career launchpad for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who want real responsibility, real exposure, and accelerated growth. From day one, you’ll be in the field and in the office, learning how a venture-backed company builds and scales partnerships inside Assisted Living communities — through execution, not theory. Graduates of the Sales Academy are developed for roles across: Business Development (BDRs) Client Success Territory / Account Management Program Overview A performance-based, three-phase program designed to reward impact and accelerate growth. Phase 1: Paid Training & Evaluation (4 weeks) $20/hour | Expected 40 hours per week | Irvine office + field shadowing Learn AllCare’s care model, workflows, and systems while supporting real facilities and frontline teams. Phase 2: Territory-Based Contract Role (up to 3 months) $22/hour + bonuses | Local travel (mileage reimbursed) Own relationships, train facility staff, and manage ongoing partnerships.
