About The Position

The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a 2-year global program for early-career talent aiming to become NetApp leaders, sales professionals, and technical pioneers. It starts with a 90-day training in software, systems, and cloud technologies. We invest in new talent, valuing your energy and ideas to maintain our market leadership. You'll be challenged and supported with resources, mentoring, and feedback, while being part of a team that celebrates individuality and diverse perspectives. As an Academy Solutions Engineer in NetApp’s Cloud CSA team, you will operate in a pre-sales capacity, working collaboratively with our sales and technical teams. You'll identify candidate workloads, design and architect appropriate solutions, run proofs-of-concept, and guide customers in adopting NetApp’s cloud-based products. This role is highly technical, focusing on customer and partner interaction, education, and collaboration, placing you at the heart of our customers’ digital transformation efforts.
