About The Position

Salemtowne is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Rehab to join our 5-Star long-term care community in Winston-Salem, NC. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) administers nursing care in a skilled nursing community under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or another medical supervisor and operates under the direction of physician orders. Provides basic medical care, including assessing resident condition and monitoring for changes in condition, wound care, administering medication, resident/caregiver education, and obtaining specimens per physician orders.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) education program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the NC Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification or ability to be CPR certified.
