About The Position

SALARIED RESTAURANT MANAGER – HIGH VOLUME, FULL-SERVICE Green Coyote Cantina – Avondale | Decatur, GA New Restaurant Opening | April 2026 This is a hands-on leadership role for a true floor operator — not a passive manager position. We are opening a high-energy Tex-Mex concept and hiring a Salaried Manager to help lead daily operations, drive guest experience, and build a strong team culture from day one. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Shift Execution Runs clean, organized, high-energy shifts Maintains strong floor presence during peak service Makes confident, real-time decisions Guest Experience Delivers consistent, high-level hospitality Resolves guest issues quickly and professionally Builds repeat guests through strong engagement Team Leadership Leads pre-shifts with clarity and purpose Coaches and develops team members in real time Holds staff accountable to standards Operations & Standards Maintains cleanliness, organization, and service standards Supports FOH & BOH alignment during service Executes systems, procedures, and policies consistently WHO YOU ARE A hands-on leader who works the floor — not the sidelines High energy, organized, and detail-oriented Strong communicator who can lead and motivate a team Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments Takes pride in running great shifts and building strong teams WHY THIS ROLE This is a ground-floor opportunity to help open a new restaurant and be part of building the culture, team, and standards from the beginning. We’re looking for a manager who thrives on accountability, execution, and hospitality — and wants to grow into a higher-level leadership role.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
  • Strong ability to lead busy shifts from the floor
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and team leadership
  • Comfortable with scheduling, systems, and day-to-day execution
