About The Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salaried Manager to support our General Managers and our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a Servant Leader, an Ideal Team Player, and an operational enthusiast with 2-5 years of successful operational experience in a high-volume casual-themed restaurant environment. Working side by side with team members in the day-to-day operations, you will lead by example and contribute to the warm, welcoming atmosphere that defines Rudy’s. This individual should embody our culture of "Service" to our team and guests, express maturity in leadership, and demonstrate a passion for excellence. Requirements
- 2-5years of successful experience as an operational leader in a high-volume casual-themed restaurant environment.
- Maturity in decision-making and a commitment to our culture of "Service."
- Goal-oriented, driven, and enthusiastic about operational excellence.
- Strong leadership skills, including multiple Servant Leadership qualities such as empathy, humility, and a focus on others' well-being.
- Clear and confident communicator to all levels of leadership.
