About The Position
Performs a variety of food service duties in the process of portioning, set up and preparation of salads.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- A minimum of one year food preparation experience.
- Operation of food production equipment; buffalo chopper, food slicer and grater machine.
