Green Lake Conference Center (GLCC) is seeking a Salad Chef Team Member to join our Dining Services team. This role is responsible for all aspects of cold food preparation, maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to food safety, sanitation guidelines, and providing an excellent dining experience for our guests. The Salad Chef Team Member will primarily focus on pantry-style food production, including salads, cold cuts, sandwiches, and other kitchen production as needed. Pay range for this role is $15-$18 an hour based on experience and skill.
