The Salad Bar Coordinator at Food City is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to all customers while maintaining a clean and organized work station. This role involves assisting the bakery/deli manager with ordering, receiving, and displaying all salad bar products, ensuring freshness and quality through proper rotation of merchandise. The coordinator will set up and maintain the salad bar as directed, wash and prepare products, take inventory, and assist in training salad bar associates. Additionally, the coordinator will enforce the company food safety program and may be assigned other duties as needed.
