About The Position

We are currently seeking a Store Director to join our dynamic leadership team. The Store Director will be responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers in order to successfully reach business goals. They will also identify, attract, recruit, develop and retain talent while maintaining compliance with directions from Headquarters and creating a cultivating store culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in retail management capacity
  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Adaptability, openness, risk taking, dynamic, listening abilities, curiosity
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead sales teams
  • Knowledge of Dayforce and Concur expense reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure the team is aligned on corporate initiatives, sales goals, visual merchandising, and operational standards
  • Ensure professional growth and training of the staff with a coaching approach
  • Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved
  • Analyze results, verify daily, weekly, monthly activities and set up yearly assessments: KPIs
  • Demonstrate sales leadership for staff by playing an active role on the selling floor
  • High sensitivity to customers experience and loyalty
  • Manage inventory activities, taking into account related inventory results in collaboration with the Back Office Operation
  • Ensure that all the processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR and stock organization
  • Ensure that the qualitative standards required by our brand are maintained
