We are looking for: Smart people with a passion for technology Ability to solve challenging business problems Self-directed professionals Hunger to continually learn and grow Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing identity and access management solutions using SailPoint's IdentityIQ platform. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, and configuring SailPoint solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of the platform with existing systems and applications. The SailPoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) plays a critical role in application onboarding, enhancing security measures, managing user access, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • In-depth Platform Knowledge: Advanced understanding of both SailPoint IIQ (for identity governance, workflows, and connectors) and ServiceNow (for ITSM workflows, API capabilities, and business rules) at an architectural level.
  • Active Directory Mastery: Deep expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, including schema, group policies, Kerberos/LDAP protocols, and best practices for integrating applications for authentication.
  • Proven ICAM Experience: Ability to design and implement Identity Credential & Access Management (ICAM) solutions by translating business requirements into lifecycle workflows​
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead technical design workshops, engage with stakeholders (including application owners), and translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Solution-Level Problem Solving: Advanced troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex integration, authentication, and data synchronization issues across multiple platforms
  • Java Programing Experience: In-depth knowledge of Java programing language utilizing Java Beans
  • US Citizen (No dual citizens)
  • Active Secret Clearance Required
  • Possession of Security+ or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions
  • At least 4 years of experience implementing enterprise identity governance & administration (IGA) solutions, such as SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow, Saviynt Security Manager (SSM) or Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC), and IBM Security Verify Governance

Responsibilities

  • Integration and API Development: Develop custom integrations with various applications, directories, and systems using APIs and connectors provided by SailPoint. Ensure data synchronization and establish seamless communication between different platforms
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure the IAM solutions adhere to security best practices and comply with relevant regulatory standards. Implement access control policies, role-based access control (RBAC), and other security measures to protect sensitive data
  • Documentation and Reporting: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, configurations, and integration details. Prepare reports on system performance, access governance, and compliance-related metrics
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure alignment with organizational policies and standards. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of IAM projects
