About The Position

Demonstrate strong technical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Able to work under pressure in case of a critical incident and provide resolution. Minimum 5 years experience of SailPoint Identity Now. Minimum of 5 years of experience of development and support of automation solutions. Minimum of 5 years experience in either programming or scripting, Python or PowerShell preferred. Experience with IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, Access reviews and certifications. Exposure to Amazon Web Services such as Lambda, Step Functions, RDS and API Gateways is preferred. Strong understanding of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP and Azure AD is required. Experience building integrations between identity platforms and in-house applications, third-party applications, and SaaS applications strongly desired. As a SailPoint Engineer, you will work on an agile team with others to deliver business value and outcomes to support the modernization of Identity Management and the synchronization of identity data across enterprise platforms.

Requirements

  • Must have SailPoint IDN/ISC experience to be considered
  • Minimum 5 years experience of SailPoint Identity Now.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience of development and support of automation solutions.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in either programming or scripting, Python or PowerShell preferred.
  • Experience with IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, Access reviews and certifications.
  • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization using Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP and Azure AD is required.
  • Experience building integrations between identity platforms and in-house applications, third-party applications, and SaaS applications strongly desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related degree, or equivalent education/experience
  • Two years of relevant experience, including one year supporting enterprise-level platform
  • Experience with Identity support, preferrable with Identity Lifecycle (JML)
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with enterprise platform and appliance installations
  • Ability to give and receive feedback as part of a cohesive agile team

Responsibilities

  • Support and deliver Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) automation solutions
  • Identify and recommend changes to the JML automation solution and process
  • Assist with implementing changes to the JML automation solution
  • Support resiliency and scalability using AWS and other cloud platforms
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Identity Management processes, policies, and tooling
  • Configure and administer Identity Management software
  • Ensure automated security is built into each technology stack
  • Enable systems with automated monitoring and alerting
  • Install and maintain (upgrade/patch underlying infrastructure)
  • Support technology stack refresh on systems (end-to-end) when required
  • Support the team and customers with day-to-day requests and change/incident tickets
  • Collaborate within team to identify technical solutions to business problems
  • Understand and respond to emerging requirements and ambiguous technology decisions
