The position involves architecting and designing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security requirements for a Federal client. The role requires providing expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, leading end-to-end implementation of identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and role management. The candidate will develop and maintain integration frameworks with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR platforms, and cloud applications, define and enforce access control policies, and ensure IAM solutions meet compliance standards through audit support and certification campaigns. The role also includes optimizing system performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical leadership and mentorship, and creating and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Architect and Design SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business and security requirements for a Federal client
  • Provide expert knowledge, guidance, and leadership on SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and role management
  • Develop and maintain integration frameworks with systems such as Active Directory, LDAP, HR platforms, and cloud applications
  • Define and enforce access control policies, RBAC models, and segregation of duties (SoD)
  • Ensure IAM solutions meet compliance standards through audit support and certification campaigns
  • Optimize system performance, workflows, and connectors for scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM engineers and analysts
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and SOPs
  • Interface with client, stakeholders, team members, and executives to present complex technical information
  • Stay current with IAM trends, SailPoint product updates, and emerging technologies
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with 5+ years in SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture
  • Strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
  • Deep understanding of IAM principles, identity lifecycle, and governance frameworks
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, version control (e.g., Git), and enterprise integration
  • Proven ability to lead complex IAM projects and deliver scalable solutions
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect
  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance
  • CISSP, CISA, or other relevant security certifications
  • Experience in cloud IAM (e.g., Azure AD, AWS IAM) and hybrid environments
