About The Position
SUMMARY: The Radiation Therapist safely and accurately delivers a prescribed dose of ionizing radiation to a specific area within the patient according to the physician's prescribed treatment plan. Requirements
- Must be certified and registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Licensed by the State of Massachusetts.
- Completion of an American Medical Association approved Radiation Therapist training program
- Varian Linear Accelerator, Varian MLC, Varian Portal Imaging and IMPAC Record and Verify System.
- Current BLS certification
