About The Position
The position involves performing a wide variety of technical and clerical duties for the hospital-wide drug distribution system and intravenous admixture program. This includes maintaining confidential records, preparing intravenous medication such as chemotherapeutic preparations while adhering to clean room regulations (USP 797), and repackaging unit-dose medications. The role also requires performing monthly ward inspections and rotating at off-site SAH-owned pharmacies regularly.
