About The Position
YesCare is seeking a Safety Watch Monitor to work at the Tutwiler Detention Center in Wetumpka, AL. This role is crucial in providing direct observation of patients at risk of self-injury or suicide. The Safety Watch Monitor will work under the supervision of a licensed behavioral health professional and will be responsible for conducting observational rounds, documenting patient observations, and performing crisis intervention as needed. This position requires effective interaction with institutional and clinical staff, and adherence to security clearance requirements.
