Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability for periodic overnight travel
- Ability to acquire and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Experience with MS Office
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Occupational Safety and Health, Training and Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise data systems, learning management systems, HR/HSE platforms, document control, or safety data reporting systems
- Project management and system administration experience
- Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Responsibilities
- Maintains the accuracy and integrity of all training records within the Learning Management System and safety data within the Safety Data System.
- Responsible for the accuracy, security, and accessibility of the Safety Management System.
- Develops and maintains training compliance and safety performance reports, regulatory audits, and internal reviews.
- Participates in analysis of safety and training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement.
- Ensures all regulatory reporting is accurately completed and delivered on time.
- Provides system support during implementation of new safety or training programs.
- Administers and oversees vessel Team Member advancement tracking, ensuring qualification progressions, required training completions, and advancement eligibility are accurately documented, monitored, and reported.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
