Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Availability for periodic overnight travel
  • Ability to acquire and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
  • Experience with MS Office

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Occupational Safety and Health, Training and Development, Human Resources, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience administering or supporting enterprise data systems, learning management systems, HR/HSE platforms, document control, or safety data reporting systems
  • Project management and system administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the accuracy and integrity of all training records within the Learning Management System and safety data within the Safety Data System.
  • Responsible for the accuracy, security, and accessibility of the Safety Management System.
  • Develops and maintains training compliance and safety performance reports, regulatory audits, and internal reviews.
  • Participates in analysis of safety and training data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Ensures all regulatory reporting is accurately completed and delivered on time.
  • Provides system support during implementation of new safety or training programs.
  • Administers and oversees vessel Team Member advancement tracking, ensuring qualification progressions, required training completions, and advancement eligibility are accurately documented, monitored, and reported.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
