About The Position

Our client is supporting the buildout of a data center campus in Haskell, TX, with a peak workforce of approximately 3,400 workers across multiple trades. The Site Safety Technician will provide field-level safety support in a high-volume construction environment while coordinating closely with client safety leadership.

Requirements

• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 or higher
• 4+ years of verifiable construction safety experience
• Ability to work day or night shifts as needed
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Professionalism in fast-paced construction environments
• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Working knowledge of OSHA construction standards
• Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
• Understanding of multi-trade construction safety practices
• Ability to effectively communicate safety requirements in the field

Nice To Haves

• Previous data center experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
• OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
• Provide safety training as needed
• Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
• Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence
• Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required
