Job Description: Essential Functions: Conducts regular safety inspections of the facilities and safety equipment to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. Oversees general safety programs, collects and analyzes statistical data on safety, and ensures accurate documentation is maintained. Coordinates and conducts staff and volunteer training on safety protocols and emergency procedures. Advises staff on safety compliance and assists with any questions or issues. Escalates violations and non-compliance to appropriate leadership. Coordinates the performance of fire, abduction and tornado drills for main campus and off-site locations.
