This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized individual to join a team of dedicated professionals. This role will perform billing functions as well as other administrative and customer service job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Expert attention to detail and great customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team.
  • Prioritize tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Billing experience (preferred) and AR/AP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support in daily office functions.
  • Create and manage customer invoices meeting daily and monthly goals.
  • Answer customer calls and emails and enter daily service requests.
  • Receive and process check and credit card payments.
  • Set up and maintain customer account information.
  • Create and implement team building and community outreach activities.
  • Perform monthly credit card reconciliations.
  • Upload contract documents to company website for review and final agreement.
  • Act as contract liaison between customers and staff to ensure documents are submitted with all signatures and deadlines are met.
