About The Position

We are the movers of the world and the makers of the future. We get up every day, roll up our sleeves and build a better world -- together. At Ford, we’re all a part of something bigger than ourselves. Are you ready to change the way the world moves? In this position... The global Automotive Safety Office is responsible for establishing policies, strategies and providing independent oversight to ensure vehicle compliance, enhance real world safety and protect the corporate reputation. You will be the Automotive Safety Office (ASO) lead for the Prevent Action Closure (PAC) process. The PAC process is a critical phase of Ford’s quality management framework, focused on identifying and implementing corrective and preventative actions. These actions are developed with the goal of ensuring the issues under investigation never happen again in the current process or similar processes across the company. In addition, you will also support various ‘prevent recurrence’ workstreams dedicated to enhancing product quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a collaborative candidate who can partner effectively with Quality, Product Development, Manufacturing and Supplier Technical Assistance to refine the PAC process and ensure the PAC papers developed are complete, robust, and impactful.
