About The Position

This role is a hands-on opportunity to support and strengthen safety across our manufacturing operations. The position is primarily focused on being present on the production floor - building relationships, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping create a safe, positive work environment. You’ll work closely with both operators and leadership to support day-to-day safety efforts, provide practical guidance, and help drive a strong safety culture. While there are administrative responsibilities, the focus is on taking a proactive, common-sense approach to safety rather than a purely paperwork-driven one. This role also includes supporting safety initiatives across multiple locations, including travel as needed. Early on, there will be an opportunity to lead and support key projects, with a long-term focus on maintaining a strong floor presence and continuous improvement. We’re open to someone early in their career who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within the role.
