We're seeking proactive and experienced Construction Safety Specialists to lead on-site safety efforts and ensure full compliance with OSHA standards. Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of construction safety experience required
  • Active OSHA 30 in Construction required
  • Active First Aid/CPR certified required
  • Must have experience in Fall Protection, Scaffolding, Steel Erection, and Excavation
  • Strong knowledge of construction safety standards
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Nice To Haves

  • Industrial HVAC experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of industrial construction projects ensuring OSHA compliance
  • Develop and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training materials tailored to mechanical trades
  • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and subcontractors to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings
  • Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations
  • Ensure all personnel wear their personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ensure proper and safe use of ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other elevated work platforms.
  • Daily safety audits and inspections
  • Inspect power tools and heavy equipment
