About The Position

St. Anne's Family Services is seeking a reliable and proactive Safety & Site Operations Associate to support the safety, functionality, and day-to-day operations of our facility. This hands-on role involves monitoring parking areas, assisting with event and facility setups, supporting safety compliance, and providing occasional front desk coverage. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a dynamic environment where customer service and operational efficiency are top priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years of experience in facilities operations, parking enforcement, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills to handle inquiries and disputes
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or visitor management systems
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs for event setups
  • Experience in customer service, compliance, or building operations

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual skills (Spanish) for effective communication with community demographics

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and enforce parking policies to ensure proper space utilization, compliance, and safety across all designated areas.
  • Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and support emergency response efforts, maintaining compliance with entry procedures and facility safety protocols.
  • Assist with event and facility operations, including setting up/breaking down spaces, moving furniture, and performing light maintenance.
  • Provide front desk support, including greeting visitors, managing building access, and responding to general inquiries.
  • Support inventory and shipment tasks, such as receiving, organizing, labeling, and tracking departmental supplies.
