About The Position

Under minimal direct supervision, the Safety Services Supervisor oversees the safety team and associates, ensuring the security and safety of our members and staff. Safety Services provides support during all hours of the day for members and employees, as needed.

Requirements

  • Occasional travel and driving to program sites as needed
  • Flexibility for emergent situations, including after-hours or urgent needs
  • Ability to safely operate a vehicle and communicate effectively (visual and auditory)
  • Regular use of office equipment and frequent computer/typing tasks
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 30 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Provides oversight and direct supervision of Safety Associates, ensuring all assigned duties are completed effectively and in alignment with company standards.
  • Ensures continuous monitoring of the facility and grounds, including completion of required hourly interior and exterior patrols with proper documentation.
  • Oversee accurate reporting and documentation of all incidents, deliveries, and drop-offs, always ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Responds promptly to requests for assistance or support from members and staff and enforces applicable member-related policies and procedures.
  • Monitors, reviews, and processes Safety Associates’ timesheets, time-off requests, and scheduling needs.
  • Conducts ongoing performance assessments, coaching, mentoring, counseling, and training to support accountability, development, and growth.
  • Ensures training compliance within the department and models the company’s core values for staff and members.
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with leadership, staff, and other departments to support smooth and efficient operations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission.
