  • Respond to safety and security incidents across all AIT operational environments.
  • Ensure timely, thorough investigations by driving root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct routine and targeted inspections to uncover safety hazards and security vulnerabilities.
  • Evaluate risks based on severity and likelihood, prioritizing them for corrective action.
  • Prepare and support both internal and external audits by ensuring that all safety and security protocols, documentation, and compliance measures are audit-ready.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather and verify required documentation and ensure alignment with audit criteria.
  • Ensure all operations, facilities, and personnel adhere to applicable safety and security regulations.
  • Continuously monitor regulatory updates from agencies such as OSHA, DOT, TSA, and CBP.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive safety and security training programs.
  • Develop, update, and enforce safety and security policies and procedures that align with OSHA standards.
  • Coordinate and lead emergency preparedness drills, ensuring participation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key leader during actual emergencies by guiding teammates through the response plan.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in safety compliance, risk assessment, or logistics operations.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, DOT regulations, and Security protocols.
  • Ability to conduct safety audits.
  • High communication and training skills.
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment and material handling safety.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • AOSH Certified Safety Officer (CSO) certification.
