About The Position
The Safety Risk Manager will develop, implement, and manage risk management and loss control programs for three municipalities: Highland Park, Buffalo Grove, and Elk Grove Village. This role involves acting on behalf of the municipalities regarding workers' compensation and tort claims, establishing policies to mitigate risks, and providing leadership and support to enhance safety performance. The position requires regular site visits to the partner municipalities and is responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
