The US T&S Programs team mobilizes people, processes, and products and delivers data and expert insights that enable the collective impact of USDS Trust & Safety teams in upholding the safety, integrity, and compliance of TikTok in the US. We are seeking a Transparency Program Lead to join the Trust and Safety team. As a Transparency Program Lead, you will report to the Head of T&S Programs and lead the program that supports external understanding of our safety-related efforts. This role serves at the intersection of a diverse set of internal teams such as data science, product, legal, government relations, and communications and is the function that organizes and drives progress against this complex but critically important topic. This role may be exposed to harmful content as part of their core day-to-day functions, as well as in project work; in response to escalation requests; or by chance. Some content viewed my violate our community guidelines which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; and murder. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.
