We are hiring a Technical Product Support (TPS) Specialist for our Safety product support team. In this specialized role you will assist our customers by telephone by selecting the right product, providing post-sales support, and answering product application and troubleshooting questions for a large range of Grainger products. This is a remote work from home position in which you will be provided with an 8.5-hour work schedule between the hours of 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM CST Monday - Friday. You will report to the Manager, TPS Customer Experience. The ideal skill set is often found in those who have experience applying, maintaining, and troubleshooting the following: Relevant job experience may include in Occupational Safety and Health, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Industrial Technology. Understand OSHA regulations as well as a familiarity with other regulatory organizations – NIOSH, MSHA, NFPA, ANSI etc.
