About The Position

Anchor Construction Corporation is seeking an experienced Safety Officer with expertise in energized underground electrical work, including hot splicing. This role supports multiple job sites and plays a key role in ensuring OSHA compliance and promoting a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of energized underground electrical experience.
• OSHA 30 required; OSHA 510/500, CHST/OHST preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license (3 points or fewer).
• Ability to lift up to 120 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily safety inspections of job sites and equipment.
• Identify and correct safety hazards and violations.
• Provide on-site and crew safety training.
• Investigate incidents and complete reports in HCSS.
• Support foremen and crews with safety guidance and corrective actions.
