About The Position

Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Safety Officer to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, and employees, while protecting community property.

Requirements

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Can follow written and oral instructions.
• Have basic knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle check.

Nice To Haves

• Have experience in security and/or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled rounds both inside and outside the community buildings to maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to all alarms and emergency calls. Perform first aid/CPR as necessary. Responsible for immediate notification of emergencies to appropriate personnel.
• Provide timely, accurate reports, including incident reports, safety inspections, repair and service requests, emergencies, and delivers report(s) to supervisor.
• Assist with special security needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community.
