About The Position

Anchor Construction is seeking a Safety Officer to support field operations by promoting a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with OSHA, state regulations, and company safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required
• OSHA 500 & 510 required; CHST preferred
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular job site, vehicle, and equipment safety inspections
• Identify and correct unsafe conditions and safety violations
• Deliver on-site and crew safety training
• Investigate incidents and complete accurate safety reports in HCSS
• Support field leadership with safety guidance and corrective actions
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures
