About The Position

Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is a K-8 district. The successful candidate must be able to accomplish the following responsibilities in a friendly efficient, and professional manner: Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow at assigned pedestrian stations. Monitor student activity on the playground before school, during lunch, or after school. Responsible for taking minor disciplinary action against students when necessary and for reporting names of students who are discipline problems to the school principal or his/her designee. Responsible for administering first aid to students and for reporting all injuries to the principal or his/her designee. To do related work as required.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade
  • Basic first aid knowledge is a requirement.
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Letter of Recommendation - 1 (within the last year and preferably from the most recent employer)
  • A completed online application is required to be considered for the opening.
  • After submitting a completed application there is a MANDATORY written test for this classification on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, promptly at 9:00 a.m. Tests are administered at the District Office in the Human Resources Department, at 321 Iowa Street, Fallbrook, CA 92028. YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IF TESTING IS NOT COMPLETED.
  • satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening test, fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and FBI, and a current verification of a negative T.B. test or chest x-ray.
