About The Position

Lake Park High School is currently hiring for the position of 10-Month Day Shift Safety Monitor. AVAILABILITY: March 2026 QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree (in criminal justice-related field preferred) Law enforcement or security experience preferred Proficient with PCs, tablets, and other mobile electronic devices Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and cloud-based applications Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed Effective interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills Strong organizational skills Strong orientation toward providing customer service Strong work ethic Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work positively and productively with adults and high school-age students ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Safety Monitor SALARY/RATE: $22.85 to $25.86 per hour based on experience and education per Appendix B Salary Schedule (Safety and Security) in the District 108 Negotiated Agreement. Requirements
