About The Position

The construction safety manager will be responsible for overall safety oversight. The client is providing both soft and hard services during the construction process, with a primary emphasis on construction cleaning.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing health and safety protocols for cleaning services during construction activities. Supervising cleaning tasks at the construction site. They expect the safety person to help shape the safety program.

Requirements

• OSHA 510 with 5 years of consturction safety
• Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
• Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
• Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Nice To Haves

• OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
• Monitor OSHA compliance
• Upload documentation into Procore
• Daily safety reports
• Track workforce safety compliance
• Maintain safety logs and compliance records
• Fall protection enforcement (CRITICAL priority)
• Provide safety training as needed
• Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
• Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence
• Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required
