Conduct Safety Audits and Inspections : Perform regular safety audits in different jobsites across South Florida (Dade-Broward-WPB and occasional Orlando area) to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Document findings and recommend improvements. Employee Training and Education : Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees such as toolbox talks, PTP's, and other specific OSHA topics including induction training for new hires and refresher courses for existing staff. Incident Investigation : Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Additionally, the candidate must be able to work with the production team and general contractors to ensure effective and seamless collaboration.
