ABC Safety Manager is responsible for promoting a culture of patient and teammate safety across the organization by ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and maintaining a risk-aware environment across all locations. The role leads and develops a team of Environment of Care auditors, while overseeing safety programs. Additionally, the Safety Manager partners cross-functionally to drive initiatives to reduce incident reports and workplace risks, implement best practices, support regulatory readiness, and use data and trend analysis to continuously improve safety performance and outcomes.
