About The Position

The Safety Manager at Bridgeways is a hands-on, accountable leader responsible for developing, implementing, and actively executing workplace safety programs across manufacturing and social service environments. Bridgeways is a social enterprise committed to equity, dignity, and opportunity for all, challenging systemic barriers and creating lasting change for individuals and communities facing significant challenges, especially those living with mental health challenges and other marginalized identities. They foster a supportive and inclusive environment through stable housing, meaningful employment, and welcoming spaces that celebrate diversity, believing everyone deserves fair treatment, access, and opportunity regardless of identity, background, or circumstances. They are dedicated to breaking down barriers and advocating for the resources that empower people to meet their goals.
