As Environmental, Health, & Safety Manager, you'll ensure compliance with safety regulations, creating a safe environment. As a leader, you will develop and implement safety policies and procedures, and train employees accordingly.

Requirements

Experience - Subject matter expertise in Environmental Health & Safety, with a track record of achieving operational goals.
Knowledge - Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and industry standards like ISO, EHS, OSHA, and EPA.
Competency - Prioritize safety and possess exceptional hazard identification skills, as well as be proficient in risk evaluation.
Skill - Have excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Skill - Proven ability to oversee teams, complex processes, or complex programs.

Responsibilities

Leading, developing, and implementing Environmental Health and Safety policies, programs, and procedures.
Managing safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Creating and maintaining safe work systems, integrating health and safety into management and process leadership.
Allocating resources, while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve Environmental Health and Safety objectives.
Ensuring continuous improvement of employee safety and health.
