About The Position

Danis isn’t just a builder — we’re a team driven by purpose, integrity, and people-first values. With 100+ years of experience and a portfolio of complex projects across healthcare, life sciences, data centers, and industrial sectors, we’re known for doing things the right way — safely and collaboratively. We’re looking for a Safety Manager who’s ready to lead from the field — not just enforce policies, but help create a culture where safety is embedded in everything we do. In this role, you'll oversee safety programs across high-impact projects, guide teams, mentor future safety leaders, and make sure every person goes home safely, every day. The Safety Manager reports to the Safety Director. If you're a hands-on safety professional who leads by example and believes safety is about people — not just protocols — we’d love to meet you.
