About The Position

Irby Utilities is uniquely positioned to provide dynamic solutions to essential utility services impacting our local and broader communities. The role involves driving operational safety for all branch locations through effective training and communication with field management and associates. The position requires standardizing and communicating a formal safety program that supports Irby’s profitable growth objectives, ensuring compliance and accuracy of the company’s facilities’ records and standards including maintenance, safety audits, security, DOT compliance and reporting, and worker’s compensation programs. In coordination with leadership, the role will develop and communicate best practices for long-term solutions in partnership with mid- and high-level management.
