About The Position
The Safety Manager II provides safety oversight, training, and program management. This role leads safety initiatives, enforces policies, mentors staff, and ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and industry standards across job sites and facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and mentor staff.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Up to 90% travel, locally.
- Exposure to industrial environments, moving machinery, heights, and varying conditions.

Responsibilities
- Conduct safety training and site inspections.
