EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the Safety Team at our Home Office in Columbia, Missouri during the Spring and Summer of 2026.

Requirements

  • Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree at an accredited U.S. college/university
  • Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • You are outgoing and have excellent communication skills
  • You have high attention to detail
  • You are highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask
  • You have a strong desire to take on new challenges with a positive attitude
  • You are a self-starter and take initiative

Responsibilities

  • Establish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand capabilities for the department and organization.
  • Partner with safety management to assist in communicating notices, training materials, and other departments where projects involve other departments.
  • Sets and manages project expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members
  • Compile and share safety data with all leadership levels, ensuring accuracy and timely communication for informed decision-making and compliance.
