About The Position
The Loss Prevention & Safety Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing physical security, shrink reduction programs and established safety standards within their location. The Loss Prevention & Safety Supervisor collaborates with operations and support teams to mitigate inventory shrinkage and protect bottom line profits as well as ensuring safety guidelines are adhered to; fostering a strong safety culture throughout the location. The Loss prevention & Safety Supervisor must demonstrate an ability to cultivate trust and confidence while influencing change through comprehensive risk assessments, shrink data analysis and safety assessments.
