About The Position
Wieland is hiring a Safety, Health, & Environmental (SHE) Manager. The Safety, Health, & Environmental Manager is a critical leadership role for the success of the Wieland Group's ambitious global vision of 'Everyone goes home safe, every day'. The Safety, Health, & Environmental Manager will support our operational teams in managing SHE initiatives, programs, and incident prevention activities. This position will also be responsible for creating and implementing safety programs, policies, training, and procedures relevant to the site(s) which results in building a positive, engaging, and proactive safety culture. Being a leader at Wieland means promoting the core values and the SHE culture throughout the organization, leading by example and setting the tone within your area(s) of responsibility.
